A high society dream team! Barron Hilton II is the son of hotel moguls Richard Hilton and Kathy Hilton, and brother of celebrity Paris Hilton. Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff hails from a German noble family, and has worked as an actress, writer and disc jockey. She’s also a licensed real estate broker — a jack of all trades!
Barron and Tessa met at a restaurant on St. Barts in 2016. The meeting was serendipitous since Tessa’s parents, Count Franz von Walderdorff and Anna-Sabrina Brühwiler, met on the same French Caribbean island in the late ’80s. Two years later, Barron and Tessa returned to the tropical getaway spot to tie the knot, and reportedly conceived their child there as well sometimes later! Tessa announced she and Barron are expecting their first child together on Sept. 10, 2019.
For Barron, meeting Tessa steered him off a dark path. He shared a photo of her snapped in the summer of 2016 and wrote on Instagram, “Around this time I was very lost… late nights, bad habits, toxic people – dazed and confused inside a vapid and hollow world… It was just our second encounter, but she brought me this instant sense of security in a sea of familiar strangers. Darkness and ego was swimming all around us, but in this very moment it was just me and her: the beginning of our narrative ✨.”
