It comes just days after a video of Chris Hughes naked made its way into the Internet.
Footage showing him walking around the villa with his penis exposed appeared on social media over the weekend forcing show bosses to step in to have the previously unaired footage removed.
Producers were forced to act when the nine second clip appeared and fans began spreading it across the web.
The footage, which looks to have been filmed by a mobile phone from a screen, shows Chris walking in the bathroom with his shorts pulled down and his penis exposed, talking to someone else.

A show source told The Sun Online: "We are aware of certain footage being in circulation on the Internet and we have taken steps to remove it."
However, a source close to Chris revealed they were "hugely disappointed" that the footage had been leaked online.
The strip tease episode was a particularly saucy one as Theo Campbell nearly knocked out Camilla Thurlow with his bulge during the lapdancing game.
The hysterical scenes that played out on Thursday's episode saw the Olympic athlete get too involved in the routine and nearly knocked out the posh blonde.
However, after leaving the villa on Friday in a shock elimination, Theo revealed his fears that he may have actually injured his pal as he took the game too far.
He told the Daily Star: "I just went for it. However, afterwards I was worried I had bruised her. I saw her lying down in bed after the stripping was over."
Camilla, 28, was left in hysterics after the Love Island hunk began grinding in front of her as the boys performed a saucy dance routine as part of a Magic Mike-themed task.
Theo, who was dressed in a pair of tight white shorts, pushed his bulge right up to her face- and Camilla got a surprise when he accidentally slapped her in the face with his member.
She burst out laughing and clutched her forehead, joking that she was “almost knocked out”.
The blonde went on to congratulate Theo on his “massive…enthusiasm”.
